Salon terms & conditions ……

Booking payment is required for all new clients of 100% of the treatment value for any booking over £20, this payment  will be non refundabale if less than 24hrs notice is not given for cancellation, bookings are re-bookable but are non refundable. We now require 50% deposit payment for any two hour or longer treatments at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation policy we require at the least 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment with us. If  an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice then a charge of 50% of the original booking will be charged or deposit will be non refundable.

It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements then please inform us at the time of booking and we can advise you and be prepared for your visit. We ensure the height of discretion on delicate personal issues.

Arriving 15 minutes before your appointment will allow time for you to relax prior to treatment & for relevant paperwork to be compleated. We can not guarantee the full treatment time if you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate as best we can however timings for subsequent clients will have to be maintained.
Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. A fee will be charged for missed appointments based on 50% of the original booking. Missed treatments will be deducted off courses. This includes missed sundeck sessions.

For clients who miss appointments or cancel last minuet will may ask for full payment upfront to secure your future bookings.

Patch Testing………

If you are new to the salon for any eyelash / brow tinting or lash extensions we require you to have a patch test 48hrs prior to your visit. If you are an existing client and have tint regularly with us and NO medical changes have occured then you don’t need a test prior to your visit, if however your medical circumstances have changed then you must have a test 48hrs prior to your treatment. If you have not had a tint within 12 months from us then again you must have a test prior to your visit.

Consent for Juniors….

We require singed consent from a Parent/Guardian before any treatment is carried out on under 16 year olds.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment.
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the client if you choose to bring children with you whilst experiencing treatments to ensure their safety and well being and the relaxation and consideration of others around you in the salon.

Mobile telephones…

We strive to create a calming, tranquil ambiance, we kindly ask you to turn your mobile off or to silent whilst in the salon, not only to ensure your own relaxation but for others also.

Busy people ….

Why not save time and have 2 therapists work on you at the same time! ( subject to availability). This is a great way of having more than one thing done i.e Manicures & Pedicures or Facial and Manicure. Please ask for more details.
