Donna Stothard

Donna’s attitude towards the industry is one of self-belief, honesty and making the very best of what we have. Donna researches product ranges that best suit her clients and the business, always looking at the marketplace to keep at the forefront of the beauty industry.

Her attitude towards education is outstanding, maintaining her own knowledge and that of her team of therapists, keeping them at the very top of their industry.

Lisa

In July 2026, it will be Lisa’s 25th year at Bedale Beauty. She has been part of the team since 2001 and is the Head Therapist. Lisa brings years of experience with a no-fuss attitude to her service skill set. She has advanced knowledge across the whole treatment menu and will complement her services with excellent homecare advice that you will be completely satisfied with, knowing you’re in safe and trusted hands. Lisa looks forward to meeting you and offering you sound advice and treatment. Advanced skin care, especially the  Medik8 anti-ageing skin care. Advanced electrolysis is one of Lisa’s extra skills which stands her apart from the rest. Treating skin tags and red veins to remove them without the need of a GP. New to add to Lisa’s list is CRYOPEN to freeze off any skin abnormalities such as warts, pigmented spots, cherry angiomas and much more.  Lisa is on hand to give advice; she looks forward to meeting with you. 

Kate

Kate joined the team as receptionist in March 2014 after a 9 year work break to have her family. Kate is very knowledgeable about all our treatments and will be happy to advise you on the best treatments and home care products to suit your needs. Kate is a great problem solver and will try her best to accommodate your requirements for treatments. Kate is always super keen and will always try her very best to look after you, always smiling and chatty, there’s never a quiet moment when Kate is on reception!

Reception

We welcome Jo to our reception team. Jo joined us in August 2022 and quickly settled into her position. Jo is welcoming and friendly, and she will always do her very best to accommodate your needs. If there’s a joke, Jo normally is at the heart of it bringing a lot of laughter and good vibes to our reception area. If you want to pick her brains, Jo has a great knowledge of all the services we offer and she will do her very best to advise on homecare, supporting our beauty therapy team. 

Katrina returned to us in Dec 2023 after having some time away starting her family. It’s a pleasure to have her back in our team, she brings with her a wealth of experience so we know you’ll be in good hands. Her passions are in facials and massaging. Being an advanced sports massage therapist, Caci non-surgical facial expert and soon to be our cancer treatment specialist, Katrina is your go-to senior therapist for all advanced services. She loves a good wax too so if you haven’t been intimately waxed before she’s your choice. Katrina is a lovely warm and friendly therapist, who wants to please you with all her treatments, always striving for the very best in all she does. Katrina looks forward to meeting you.

Sophie

In the Autumn 2023, we introduced Sophie, who qualified in NVQ level 2 early in 2023. Sophie completed her Advanced Beauty Therapist in Spring 2025. Sophie is excelling in all things, including the new Dermalux LED Light treatments, Microdermabrasion, Guinot & Medik8 Facials, Lycon Hot waxing and all things HD Brow. Sophie is full of chat, and you won’t be disappointed by the level of service she has to offer. Sophie has a strong following, and our clients have been more than satisfied with the level of attention to detail she shows. You’ll love her friendly approach, and she looks forward to meeting you. Recently added to Sophie’s portfolio of services are Hot Stone massage and Bamboo Massage. Get booked in – she’s loving these two new massages. 

Georiga joined the team in May 2024, after starting her career in a Salon in Northallerton. Georgia brings her enthusiasm to the salon and we look forward to her settling into the BB way. A few words from Georgia………

Georgia is striving in her Guinot Facials, loving all things new, adding this alongside her Dermalux LED Light therapy training, she can’t wait to share all her new knowledge and skills with you. In the Summer of 2025, Georgia added body piercing and Cryopen to her list of services. She’s definitely expanding her portfolio offering to a wide age group. So if you have a skin tag that needs removing or fancy a nose pierce ( or somewhere else!), then get scheduled with Georgia. She works Tues, Wed, Thurs & one Saturday in the month. 

Katie

Katie joined us in July 24 after completing her level 2 Beautician at Darlington College. Katie confidently completed her advanced level 3 Beauty Therapist program in partnership with York College by September 25. Her treatments are absolutely on point and is enjoying all the learning she has been given in new treatments that Bedale Beauty offers.  Katie, is super keen to meet you and give you that VIP treatment, showcasing her treatments.
